Alright, who here has seen the video of the police beating in New Orleans? OK I give the cops the benefit of the doubt and maybe the 65 yrs old retired school teacher was drunk and resisting arrest however when saw the video yesterday it doesn't look like the school teacher was resisting. Also, I don't think punching suspects in the head 3 times when 2 other police officers have the suspect in control is legal, I don't think taking 3 sucker punches is legal period. Gard can you back me up on this? I do believe you are only allowed to use enough force to subdue the suspect. Also, I don't think shoving and threatening the reporter that was reporting this event is also legal. Well, I do understand that the many officers and civil worker down there are stressed and I commend them for their efforts. There are many good police officers down there doing their job. It just sucks that these 'above the law' fookers go and ruin it for the good ones. Oh and onemore thing, maybe the tape was edited to show only the beating but I still think the cops were in the wrong.
