You are missing one important point here. There is NO question of her guilt, she was proven guilty and now she's a convicted tax cheat. As nasty as it sounds, DeLay's indictment is only an allegation until proven. It will be interesting to see how this plays out, if there is any real meat to the allegations. I'll admit I am somewhat skeptical because there is a looong history of animosity against DeLay by this prosecutor... to the point even the media has used the word 'vendetta'. And it sounds like this guy has his own closet full of skeletons, read on if you want...
