I had just gotten out of 1.5 years of juvenile lock up and had NOTHING. No car, no money, no place to live (except the goodness of an old friend) no job, no family to help me, no personal belongings and no high school diploma. That was August 25th 1999.

Now I own two houses, two cars (one being the G), 6 figure income from my work as a mortgage broker and real estate agent, retirement contributions, and a bunch of fun belongings.

I've been there, done that and come out the other end. And even though my life still confronts me with obstacles I will continue being succuessful. The reason...HARD WORK and DETERMINATION.

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.
