Well..I dunno if this apply to infiniti cars or not. But on my old bmw...U actually would turn the key in the key whole and simultaniously pull the handle up at the same time. U would turn then key and pull and feel a little bit of resistance...and it would unlock. U can try this on the G...I'm not going to say it works 100% plus it takes a few tries to get it to work right...but it doesn't hurt to try. There are also otherways...but this is what I use to know for bmws. Owners would instead of doing this key method...would actually hook a battery through the rear tail lights and that would provide power to the locks. I'm sure dholly has the answer...but why don't U go try to key method and see if it works. [
