Infiniti gave it the once over and found nothing wrong. They stated that my '04 6MT had the latest software available so the service bulletin that made reference to the reprogramming does not apply to my car. They state that it was probably the gas cap and nothing more. Better safe than sorry. As an aside they gave me an '04 G35 sedan as a loaner. It drove smooth and fast, but I couldn't wait to get back in my 6MT[
