Looks like Ya'll are a little ahead of me in aviation. I just got the endorsement to take the written for my private today. Hopefully I'll have my private by next week. I go to school at a place called Mountian View College in Texas, they have an aviation program there. I hope I'll be finished with my associates in aviation, and building hours as a CFI this time next year. I want to get a bachelors in something (dont know what), then maybe join the AF at about 27. I hope 27 Isn't too old. My long term goal is to fly for an airline in my early 30's....That sound possible? Know of anything that might speed up the process?

Get your CFI asap and then stay in school until you get your BA or BS. You only have till about 29 1/2 before you will require a waiver to become an AF pilot. Logon to raptorpilot.com and ask any questions you may have. There is a lot of other individuals that may have taken a similar path such as you have.
